A: No. There are no additional fees.
Q: I already have a domain name. Can I use it with my store?
A: Yes, you can.
Q: Can I change name/domain of my store?
A: Yes, you can, please contact customer support.
Q: Can I have more then one name/domain for my store?
A: Yes, you can, please contact customer support.
Q: If I have a domain name, what settings should I place to my DNS configuration?
A: You have to create a CNAME (Canonical name) record, pointing to www.simple-store.net.
For example:
www.example.com. IN CNAME www.simple-store.net.
or
store.example.com. IN CNAME www.simple-store.net.
Note: If domain name does not match store URL that you have provided, please ask customer support to attach a new name to your existing store.
Q: What is the 'Grace Period'?
A: If you inadvertently fail to provide a timely payment, your Simple Store will continue to be available to your customers for one week after your subscription has expired. If you chose to renew your subscription, you will be charged regular price for the time used during this grace period. We recommend that you keep your subscription active.
