Service description.

Simple Store provides an electronic commerce store service.

Content and Conduct Rules.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, goods, products, services, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources and other materials (the "content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that You, and not Simple Store, are entirely responsible for all content that You upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available via the service of Simple Store.

You are responsible for the delivery of goods purchased at your store(s).

You are responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise from the sale of goods from your Simple Store.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and for all costs incurred by participating in Simple Store.

Quality of Services.

Simple Store will make the best efforts to provide quality and uninterrupted services.

Warranties.

The service is provided "as is" and Simple Store does not promise and does not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose, nor does Simple Store guarantee uninterrupted service. Simple Store does not make any implied or written warranties.

Limited liability.

Simple Store shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with this agreement or the product, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, phone bills, communication lines bills, loss of privacy, damages to third party even if Simple Store has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claims based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise. Further, Simple Store will not censor any content on the Internet. It will be the client's responsibility for the usage of his account and any consequences of this usage.

Account sharing.

You agree to keep your account information confidential. Simple Store shall not be responsible for lack of privacy, any damages or any other consequences of account sharing.

Right of refusal.

Simple Store has the right to refuse services to anyone.

No returns.

Simple Store will not return collected fees for services.

Price change.

Simple Store has the right to change the price of the services at any time.

Technical Support.

Simple Store provides technical support via the ticketing system.

Anti Spam provisions.

Simple Store does not recommend customers to advertise their web sites by Unsolicited Commercial Email. This technique may result in account suspension or termination.

Action by Simple Store in case of security violation.

Simple Store reserves the right to act immediately and swiftly in case of security violations. This may include, without limitations, the immediate termination of services, cooperation with law enforcement agencies, etc.
